Today is half way day. I have switched to early morning training, which I'm particularly bad at, just because it is cooler and more peaceful. The weather is starting to get more humid and hot in Taiwan and I find training uncomfortable, especially standing, during the afternoons.
That means that I have to get to bed earlier and train myself to get going in the morning, which is a little tough, but the upside is that it takes the pressure off for the rest of the day. I'm still doing some stuff in the afternoon, but just a short workout before getting ready for work for the evening.
I've learnt a lot already and I'm already thinking about how I can make the next hundred day challenge work better, but I'll probably wait until next year now. I may start it earlier in the year to avoid the Summer heat, perhaps January 1st, have to wait and see.
BTW testosterone levels are through roof recently, but not a drop has been spilt...
