Just a quick report to say that the first ten days have been pretty easy so far, just another 90 to go. I'm going to break it down into 10 day sections and post a blog as each section is completed, in that way I can motivate myself forward. I'm also trying to treat each new day as the first day [to keep it fresh] and try not think too much about how far I have to go.
I don't have a plan B for if I get ill or something along the way, just have to take it as it comes I suppose.
Be back on day 20 :-)

are you doing the wudang nei gong or sets from the style you've been learning recently? How does it compare?
Hi Craig
No, I'm not doing the wudang "neigong" set, I'm doing the stuff that I've learned in Taiwan.
Actually the two systems are more or less unrelated in terms of the skill sets being trained at this level of achievement. And tougher too!

Hi Ralph!
Just for curiosity, what kind of training are you following? Is it possible to get some details about the forms you are practicing?
In any case, there are 10 days less to go! ;_)
Hi Wudang05
I'm just doing the basic training that my teacher has taught me so far. The 1.5 hours is simply the amount of time I can guarantee each day. There is no upper limit, but 1.5 hours is the minimum at the moment.
Sorry, I cannot give any details, teacher doesn't allow it.
Suffice to say that the training is as traditional as you're likely to find these days.
Yep, 10 or more days less to go now! Still going well, felt a bit tired yesterday though. ;-)
